Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Maintain access credentials securely
Respond promptly when required for service delivery
Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

You are solely responsible for how you use our tools and services.
Messaging & Compliance Disclaimer
If you use our services for SMS, email, or review solicitation:
You are responsible for compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable regulations
You must obtain proper consent from recipients
Opscotch is not responsible for misuse or non-compliance

Payment obligations are not met

Limitation of Liability
